Car rent

We offer a rent a car service in Latvia and the Baltics at competitive rates in cooperation with local service providers in Latvia. Please contact us for the best quote.

We offer our partners - AVIS or Europcar service:

Rates. All rates are in EUR according to the exchange rate of Latvian Bank. Current exchange : 1 EUR = 0.7028 LVL. Please note that currency exchange rates might change without notice.

Minimal duration: 24 hours (1 full day). If rent period exceeds for more than 59 minutes, another full day will be charged.

Age. Avis. A-B group - minimum age is 21 year; C-J group - minimum age is 25 years.
[color="#990000"]Europcar:[/color] O-M group - is 21 years and 25 years group H. Additional charge for drivers under the age limit - 9 LVL per rental.

Payment. International credit cards will be accepted as a payment. In case of bank transfer or cash payment, you will be required a deposit or a credit card guarantee upon rental.

Driver licence. The driver must have a valid drivers license and a driving experience of minimum 1 year.

Insurance. The prices above include CDW (Coallision Damage Waiver), TP (Theft Protection) and TPL (Third Party Liability) insurance. Renter’s liability is reduced to LVL 300.

Driving is permitted only within Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia). Driving to other countries permitted only on request.

Fuel. The car must be returned with full tank.

Equipment.
Baby seat available on request - 5 EUR (incl. VAT) per day, max per rental 30 EUR (incl. VAT), luggage racks available on request - 8 EUR (incl. VAT) per day max per rental 30 EUR (incl. VAT).

Pick - up / Drop-off. Free of charge during the office hours and within city limits. Outside city limits, a charge of LVL 0.25 per km will be charged. Drop-off in Tallinn or Vilnius – LVL 45.00.
